Hotel Entertainment

Presented to the guests in an animated manner with the intention of educating and entertaining. Shows are conducted in various languages like Kiswahili, English, French and German. During the day there are sport activities open to all guests.    
In every evening of entertainment, there is an introduction and an interval presentation of traditional local groups. Following this, jovial hotel staff accompany the guests to the casino, discotheque and beach parties. Every Friday evening from 22.30 to 2.00, there is a 'Friday disco' at the resort, opened to the public.

Tipping

Tipping is not common practice among Kenyans, but there’s no harm in rounding up the bill by a few shillings if you’re pleased with the service in a cheap restaurant. In tourist-oriented businesses a service charge of 10% is often added to the bill, along with the 16% VAT and 2% catering levy.
