Credit Cards: For other payments, management accepts VISA & MASTER CARD though it does not recommend it very much to be the mode of payment.
Safe Box: It is always advisable for a guest to put his/her valuables and important documents in the safe box. The service is available at the hotel reception.
Doctor, Casualty, Clinic: Next to the hotel near a beauty farm, the above services are available on request at a reasonable fee.
Hotel Service: A room fitted with TV including a decoder and satellite, a conference room with facilities, central internet service( paid for), library.
Shops: Coral beauty and hygienic products, Golden key for jewellery, Blue shop for clothes, Tatun for excellent clothes and local handy crafts.

Tipping
Tipping is not common practice among Kenyans, but there’s no harm in rounding up the bill by a few shillings if you’re pleased with the service in a cheap restaurant. In tourist-oriented businesses a service charge of 10% is often added to the bill, along with the 16% VAT and 2% catering levy.
